About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Henry Max Galbraith / East Wenatchee Grange No. 1012 Scholarship Henry M (Max) Galbraith was a fruit rancher in East Wenatchee and a long time member of East Wenatchee Grange. He served as Master of the East Wenatchee Grange for several years and also served in many positions within the East Wenatchee Grange and the Douglas County Pomona Grange. This scholarship was specifically provided for in his will to support a student from Douglas County who plans to study either agriculture or allied health at Wenatchee Valley College. The ideal student exhibits a balanced combination of character, academic achievement, community involvement, college motivation and financial need.Eligibility
