Areas of Impact Oral HealthOhioans, especially those who are underrepresented, need access to the dental services essential to general health and well-being.Healthy OhioansOhioans need access to the essential resources that keep us healthy, including access to health care and healthy food.Age-Friendly CommunitiesOlder adults should be able to live, keep connected, and stay engaged in their communities and contribute to economic, social, and cultural life.

Eligibility

Community-based organizations without nonprofit tax status may be able to apply through fiscal sponsorship.Organizations must also be based in and serving HealthPath’s 36-county service area. HealthPath defines “based in” as having the organization’s official, primary address located within its 36-county service area. Organizations outside of this area are generally not eligible for funding unless explicitly stated in specific funding opportunities or RFPs.

Ineligibility

Grantees who have a current grant through HealthPath are ineligible to apply for any additional funding opportunities until their grant term has concluded.
