Overview: A 3-year longitudinal national program that provides knowledge and skills in U.S. health policy and clinician advocacy. The program is designed for pediatric clinicians who wish to develop academic careers in health policy and advocacy.

Description: The inaugural program was launched with the first cohort selected in December 2020.

  • - Year 1: Institutional government affairs work - Year 2: State-level governmental advocacy - Year 3: American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Legislative Conference attendance
