Harper County Community Foundation Grants

The Harper County Community Foundation provides grants to non-profit organizations that enhance the quality of life in Harper County. Focused on education, health care, and community improvement, the foundation supports various projects aimed at fostering community development. Grants are available for full or partial funding, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. However, individuals are not eligible for funding, and administrative costs cannot be covered. This initiative is vital for local progress.

We accept gifts, administer funds, invest assets and make grants to charitable organizations on behalf of donors who entrust us with their funds.

Eligibility

Grant Criteria:Grants will be awarded to not-for-profit community organizations that benefit Harper County Citizens.Projects must comply with Federal and State laws, rules and regulations concerning equal opportunity and non-discrimination.Grants will be for projects with a focus on education, human needs, health care, community improvement or rural development.Grant applicants may seek full funding, partial funding or matching funding.

Ineligibility

No Grants to Individuals.No portion of the project grant shall be applied to administrative or overhead costs.
