Mellang Memorial Scholarship Required Qualifications: Pursuing a degree from Montana State University; One of the following: U.S. Armed Forces Veteran; Spouse of a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran, to include unmarried widows and widowers of a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran Preferred Qualification: Shall be given to those who were either personally deployed or their spouse was deployed to the country’s recent armed conflicts (Iraq & Afghanistan).
