Proposals should demonstrate potential to make a clear difference in talent identification and nurturing, with particular interest in proposals that enable learning about the effectiveness of different interventions.- Training Camps and Courses: IMO Training Camps in Costa Rica, Mongolia, Pakistan, South Africa, etc.
- Support National/Regional Olympiads: Philippines National Math Olympiad, OMCC, etc.
- Establishment of New Olympiads/Competitions: Ethiopia National Math Olympiad, East Africa National Math Olympiad, etc.
- Other Projects: Teacher training for Malaysia National Math Olympiad, etc.
