Visit Sandy Springs offers sponsorship dollars to help groups reduce costs associated with hosting events and group travel in the Sandy Springs area.

Focus Areas:
Sponsorship support is available for:

• Hotel parking
• Food & beverage functions
• Audio visual requirements
• Transportation needs

Eligibility:

• Groups hosting events or tours in Sandy Springs or the Atlanta Metro Area
• Tour groups coming to the Atlanta Metro Area

This is a newly launched program designed to support group travel and events in Sandy Springs by partnering with local hotels and service providers.

Application Process

Method 1: Online Form
Complete and submit the event/group form on the Visit Sandy Springs website with the following information:

• Event name
• Event dates (start and end dates, plus any recurring dates)
• Event type/category (select at least one)
• Event region/location within Sandy Springs
• Event description (maximum 1500 characters)
• Event image (.jpg or .png, minimum 400 pixels wide, maximum 1MB)
• Location details (street, city, state, zip code)
• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Social media URLs (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Event website and ticket URL (if applicable)

Method 2: Direct Contact
Submit a note to Myriam Hysa at myriam.hysa@sandyspringsga.org with details about your group and sponsorship needs.
