Greensboro Regional REALTORS Foundation Community Grant

Mission: The Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Foundation, Inc. is the charitable arm of GRRA. The Foundation's mission is to support charitable and educational service in the community and enhance the quality of life in the Triad by providing financial support to projects and organizations whose purpose is the betterment of life for citizens.

    Eligibility Requirements

  • Organization must serve the greater Greensboro and surrounding areas (Guilford, Randolph, or Rockingham Counties)
  • Must have not-for-profit tax-exempt status
  • Must comply with Federal civil rights laws and not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity)

    Funding Obligations

    Organizations receiving GRRF funding agree to:
  • Submit application detailing project
  • Give a brief presentation to the GRRF Board (10-15 minutes)
  • Provide any materials/brochures/PowerPoint for the presentation
  • Acknowledge GRRF support of project/organization
  • Submit W-9 form with tax exempt status
  • Submit brief report on success of project

  • How to Apply

    Application Process

    1. Download the Grant Application from the GRRA website
    2. Complete the application detailing your project
    3. Submit the application to GRRA
    4. Prepare a presentation for the GRRF Board (10-15 minutes)
    5. Schedule presentation at GRRF Board meeting (meets 1st Thursday of each month)
    6. Present to GRRF Board with supporting materials/brochures/PowerPoint
    7. Submit required documentation:
    - W-9 form with tax exempt status
    8. Upon funding approval, submit brief report on success of project
