GPCF: Impact Grants

The Greater Polson Community Foundation's GPCF: Impact Grants aim to foster a vibrant community by supporting organizations with 501(c)(3) status in the Greater Polson area. Since 2009, over $1 million has been awarded to enhance community welfare and diverse projects. With a focus on health, education, creativity, and prosperity, these grants empower local initiatives to thrive and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives.

NOTE: A draft application received before September 5th,2025 may be pre-screened for completeness. If required information is missing, the applicant will be notified within 10 business days to enable completion by the deadline.
Our first grants were awarded in August 2009, and have been awarded once a year thereafter.
GPCF IMPACT grants are to assist in the building of a “robust and welcoming community where we all have the opportunity to be healthy, well-educated, creative, productive and prosperous”.   We provide grants to enhance and improve the lives of the people who live in our community.
Grants from the Greater Polson Community Foundation can make a significant difference. Over $1,000,000 has been contributed to meet needs in our community since grants were first awarded in 2009. Grants are funded annually by the earning’s from the foundation’s growing permanent endowment and other available GPCF funds. Past grant awards have supported a variety of youth and community projects.

Eligibility

Applications are welcome from organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code in the Greater Polson area.GPCF grants are to assist in the building of a “robust and welcoming community where we all have the opportunity to be healthy, well-educated, creative, productive and prosperous”.

Ineligibility

GPCF does not fund individuals or normal operating expenses of an organization.
