Good Neighbor Awards

Overview: Seattle King County REALTORS® honors REALTOR® members who dedicate their time and talent to non-profit organizations in the area. Winners receive a $500 check to donate to their chosen non-profit and are entered to win the annual award presented at the Awards & Installation Banquet.

Geographic Scope: Seattle-King County area, Washington

Award Frequency: Quarterly winners are selected and entered into the annual award drawing

    Eligibility

  • Must be an active REALTOR® member of Seattle King County REALTORS®
  • Recognized for outstanding contributions to local community
  • Active professional member of the local Association
  • Dedication to non-profit organizations

    Award Selection

  • Recipient chosen by the Good Neighbor Award Subcommittee
  • Quarterly winners each receive $500 to donate to a non-profit of their choice
  • All quarterly winners are entered to compete for the annual Good Neighbor of the Year award
  • Annual winner presented at the Awards & Installation Banquet

How to Nominate

Nomination Process:
1. Nominate a REALTOR® from your office or network who deserves recognition
2. Submit nomination through the official nomination form
3. Provide details about their community service and non-profit involvement

Selection: The Good Neighbor Award Subcommittee reviews nominations and selects quarterly winners.

Announcement: Winners are announced quarterly and recognized at the annual Awards & Installation Banquet.
