Eligibility Requirements

• Ownership: Business must be at least 51% Black-owned
• Location: Must be located in eligible Kansas City area, Southeast Kansas City, Raytown, or Grandview
• Operating History: Must have been generating revenue for at least 3 months
• Annual Revenue: Must not exceed $1 million
• Job Creation: Must demonstrate potential to create jobs

• Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable)

Post-Award Support

• Optional access to business coaching and support services
• Opportunities to reapply for additional support as business grows
