Overview
Develop and strengthen effective responses to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Funds distributed according to formula: 25% law enforcement, 25% prosecution, 5% courts, 30% victim service providers, 15% discretionary. At least 20% of total award must address sexual assault across 2+ allocations. Minimum 10% from victim services for culturally-specific services. Project period: June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
