Financial Restrictions (§10)

The Foundation is prohibited from:

  • Providing loans or securing obligations using Foundation assets for Board members, Management Board members, employees, or their family members

  • Transferring assets to employees or Board members on terms different from those offered to third parties

  • Using assets for employees/Board members on different terms (unless directly required by statutory goals)

  • Purchasing goods or services from entities owned by or involving Foundation members, Board members, or employees on preferential terms or above-market prices
  • Status

    As of 2017 (when documentation was updated), the Foundation was in early operational phases, developing vision, mission, and preparing to implement first projects. The Foundation operates long-term strategy based on holistic approach to Polish diaspora education—from students and parents through teachers to broader Polish communities.
