Overview: Fund My Future is a New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development program administered through Isles, Inc. for the Central Region. The program aims to assist individuals in obtaining credentialed job skills and securing gainful employment.
- Serves residents of: Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Hunterdon, Ocean, and Union counties in New Jersey
- Central Region of NJ (administered by Isles)
Geographic Scope
- Maximum Funding: $9,600 per participant
- Coverage: Covers costs of eligible training and approved services
- Payment Method: Funds paid directly to training/service providers on behalf of participants
- Focus Areas: In-demand occupations and credentialed training programs
- Support Services: Employment coaching throughout the process
Program Details
- New Jersey resident
- Over the age of 18
- Household income below program guidelines (see FMF Income Limits)
- Ability and willingness to complete eligible training/education leading to employment
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain employment
- Only one household member may be enrolled in FMF
- If any household members participated in Lifelong Learning Accounts (LiLA) program, no FMF enrollments permitted
- For individuals who participated in other NJ Department of Labor programs (e.g., Pathways to Recovery, JOBS, SNAP STEPS), eligibility determined at time of application

To Apply (when accepting applications):
1. Contact Isles to inquire about application status 2. Work with an employment coach to match skills and interests with an eligible training program 3. Complete eligibility verification process 4. Complete enrollment process 5. Upon acceptance to training program, work with employment coach on job placement- Proof of New Jersey residency
