- Graduating high school senior in 2026
- Florida resident
- Parent(s) or legal guardian is a member of FTBA or employed by a firm that is an FTBA member
Eligibility
- Must enroll in a program directly related to the road construction industry
- Program must be at a technical or vocational school

- Letters of recommendation

- Applications must be submitted online, in English
- All documentation must be attached at time of application
