  • Is consistent with the spirit of the Lyme Foundation's mission

    #### Review and Decision Process

    1. Proposals are reviewed by the Grants Committee shortly after application receipt
    2. Committee makes recommendation to the full Board
    3. Board meets and votes monthly
    4. Applicants may be contacted and invited to meet with the Grants Committee and/or full Board for additional information
    5. Applicant is notified following the Board's decision
    6. Specific arrangements made for disbursement of funds

    #### Post-Award Requirements

    • Grant recipients must submit a written report at the end of their project (within one year of the grant)
    • Interim reports required if project takes more than one year to complete
    • Grant recipients should mention the Lyme Foundation in publication materials or other public announcements about their project
