Overview: The Seattle Police Foundation provides funding to SPD officers and civilian staff through program grants that emphasize community building, crime prevention, officer wellness, and support to children and families in need.

Geographic Scope: Seattle, WA

Community building and outreach

Crime prevention initiatives

Officer wellness and appreciation

Advanced training and employee development

Police service enhancements and equipment

Key Features:

The Foundation team supports all projects through the grant cycle (planning, promotion, implementation, and reporting)

Grants can support initiatives in three primary categories:

- Community Partnerships: Community outreach and crime prevention programs
- Officer Appreciation and Wellness: Training, recognition, and wellness programs
- Police Service Enhancements: Equipment, technology, and operational resources
