Beatrice Educational Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, was established in 1987, and one of the first education foundations in the State of Nebraska. The Foundation manages a $3.8 million Endowment Fund and awards over $55,000 each year in scholarships to Beatrice High School graduating seniors. Flint Hills Resources Discovery Scholarship One scholarship in the amount of $1,500, provided by Koch Bio-Diesel is available for a graduating senior of Beatrice High School. Applicant must have proven leadership skills and plan to attend a college, university, technical college or trade school.
