Finn's Funds Grant Program

Mission: To assist families in the Tampa Bay area faced with medical crisis, particularly those with children facing pediatric cancer diagnosis

Geographic Scope: Tampa Bay area, Florida

Focus Areas:

• Short-term financial assistance for families facing medical crisis
• Support for families with children diagnosed with pediatric cancer

Eligibility:

• Families in Tampa Bay area facing medical crisis
• Families with children diagnosed with pediatric cancer
• Applications should be submitted through hospital social workers

Review Process: Applications reviewed monthly by board of directors

Application Process

1. Initiation: Contact your hospital social worker to have them submit an application on your behalf
2. Submission: Social worker completes the Finn's Funds Grant Application form
3. Submit: Email completed application to info@finnsfighters.org
4. Review: Applications are reviewed monthly by the board of directors

• Finn's Funds Grant Application form (completed by hospital social worker)
• Review of grant making guidelines prior to application
