FGCMD and Robert Lewis Baker Scholarships

Funder: Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland Inc (FGCMD), in partnership with National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC) and Central Atlantic Region-State Garden Clubs (CAR-SGC)

Award Amount: Multiple scholarships available - (1) FGCMD scholarship and (2) Robert Lewis Baker scholarships awarded annually

Geographic Scope: Maryland residents studying at accredited U.S. colleges/universities

Eligibility:

  • Academic Level: College/university juniors, seniors, and graduate students pursuing a Master's Degree. Sophomores may apply for their junior year.

  • Field of Study: Major course of study intended to lead to a career related to studies that promote the mission of the organization (garden clubs, horticulture, landscape design, environmental studies, etc.)

  • Institution: College/university must be accredited and listed on the official website of the U.S. Department of Education
