Overview:
Family Services provides rental assistance to prevent eviction of low-income households on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a one-time assistance per grant period.
- Maximum award: $2,000 or 3 months rent in arrears (whichever is less)
Award Options
Option 1 - Arrears:Option 2 - New Lease:
- Reside in Sebastian or Crawford counties
- Meet income guidelines (specific income limits not detailed)
- Must be at risk of eviction or have current Sheriff's Eviction
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants with current Sheriff's Eviction can apply for priority assistance
