Herring Fire & Emergency Training Institute (FETI) - Oklahoma State University - Salem State University - Southwestern University (TX) - University of Illinois - University of Maryland - University of New Haven - University of North Carolina at Charlotte - University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh - Worcester Polytechnic Institute- Grant awards are determined on an annual basis
