    How to Apply

    Application Process

    1. Read Guidelines: Review the Excellence Awards Guidelines before applying
    2. Prepare Documentation: For production recognition awards, complete the Production Value Tally Sheet (can use company tally sheet or DMAR template)
    3. Complete Application: Fill out category-specific application forms (separate form required for each category/nomination)
    4. Submit: Return completed application, required fees, and supporting documents by deadline
    5. Payment: Applications not considered complete until payment received via PayPal or credit/debit card
