Geographic Scope: International (based on judge descriptions and past winners)

  • Key Information:

  • Multiple submissions allowed (different outcomes, solutions, or study designs)

  • Finalists required to attend Digital Medicine Conference virtually

  • Winners announced on final day of conference (December 11th)

  • Submission form simplified to 10 input fields

  • Peer-reviewed articles, submissions, and protocols are mandatory

    Submission Requirements:

    1. Required Documentation - Submit ONE of the following:
    - A peer-reviewed publication describing your study
    - An IRB-approved submission
    - A protocol describing your solution

    2. Submission Categories:
    - One in-progress or completed peer-reviewed publication, OR
    - One protocol or IRB describing your study, OR
    - A completed pilot with documented outcomes

    3. Submission Form:
    - Simplified form with 10 input fields
    - Multiple submissions allowed (if focused on different outcomes, solutions, or study designs)

    4. Finalist Presentation Format (if selected):
    - 10-minute presentation
    - 5 minutes for questions from expert judges
    - Required introductory slides with optional additional slides
    - Evaluation based on submitted documents and presentation

    5. Participation Requirements:
    - Finalists required to attend Digital Medicine Conference virtually
    - At least one member of research team, health organization, or technology organization must be present for presentation
    - No presentations on behalf of finalists without member attendance
