Evacuation/Displacement Relief and Long Term Disaster Relief Assistance Program

Overview: A specialized rapid-response grant program activated during federally declared disasters. This program allows Employees 1st to deliver assistance more quickly and with modified rules compared to standard year-round assistance programs.

Trigger: Federally declared disaster

Geographic Scope: United States (federally declared disaster areas)

Award Options: Companies may choose one of three fixed award amounts:

  • $500

  • $750

  • $1,000
  • Program Duration: Offered for 30 days after a Federally-declared disaster declaration

  • For current Employees 1st clients: automatically opted-in to this program

  • 30-day timeline begins upon federal disaster declaration
  • Additional Assistance: Beyond the 30-day special provision period, employees may access additional assistance through year-round application to the company's standard Employees 1st fund
