ETEPT Warrior Fund Program

Purpose: Direct financial relief for brain tumor patients and their families facing immediate financial hardship.

Geographic Scope: Not specified, but organization is based in Pennsylvania (PA, US)

Eligibility

• Who can apply:
  • Brain tumor patients currently receiving treatment experiencing financial hardship
  • Warriors, family members, caregivers, social workers, or other care team members can submit applications on behalf of patients

Covered Expenses

Household Expenses:

• Rent and mortgage payments
• Utility bills (electric, gas, water, trash service)
• Phone or internet service
• Car loan or insurance payments

Treatment-Related Travel:

• Hotel or temporary housing
• Gas cards
• Meal cards
• Funeral expenses

What They Don't Fund

• The Warrior Fund cannot solve all financial problems; assistance is for immediate needs only
• No cash is distributed; all payments are made directly to billers or via gift cards

Application Timeline

• Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Decision provided within 30 days of submission
• Applications administered by ETEPT Board

Application Process

1. Submit Your Application
   • Complete the online application form
   • Provide information about your situation and financial needs
2. Application Review
   • Warrior Family Liaisons review your application
   • May contact you if additional information is needed
3. Receive Decision
   • Decision provided within 30 days of submission
   • Applications evaluated on a case-by-case basis
4. Get Direct Support
   • If approved, ETEPT will pay bills directly to providers or provide gift cards
   • No cash is distributed
