Overview: Part of Enterprise's five-year, $3.5 billion nationwide Equitable Path Forward initiative targeted to help dismantle the deeply-rooted legacy of racism in housing.

Initiative Focus: The EPF initiative approaches racial equity work by investing capital, grants, advisory services, and program support to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)-led affordable housing developers around the country.

  • Who has access to homes

  • Wealth generation from housing
  • Geographic Scope: Southern California (greater Los Angeles region)

    Award Amount: $25,000 per organization

    Program Details:

  • 12-month program duration

  • Supports up to 5 BIPOC-led organizations in greater Los Angeles region

  • Provides consulting services and advisory support
  • Eligible Applicants:

  • BIPOC-led affordable housing developers

  • BIPOC-led organizations in Southern California/greater Los Angeles region
  • What They Fund:

  • Consulting services and advisory support

  • Organizational capacity and leadership goal assessment

  • Identification of development capability improvements
