Summary
Enhearten Micro Grant supports unseen leaders by providing funding for community-driven projects that embody values of humility, integrity, and love. Grants range from $500 to $1,000 and are awarded after a thorough review process. Enhearten aims to empower these leaders, who often lack access to traditional funding sources, by fostering reparative networks that prioritize equality and justice. This initiative seeks to create opportunities for transformative community engagement and support.Overview
Enhearten Giving Enhearten connects unseen leaders to people, opportunities, and resources to serve these leaders in all they are called to be and do. We work towards a day when people freely share with and receive from unseen leaders nearby and around the world. Our Philosophy We believe amazing leaders—with beautiful gifts and callings—are serving and uplifting communities. However, many funding agencies primarily invest in individuals who conform to a certain profile, personality-type, cultural heritage, or socio-economic status, while unseen leaders at times remain outside the strategic networks where giving and receiving take place. Enhearten Giving exists to disrupt this status quo. We advocate for unseen leaders so they can freely give to and receive from their communities. We work to build reparative networks that transform communities with awareness, equality, justice, and love. Micro Grants One of the ways Enhearten Giving empowers unseen leaders is through the offering of micro grants—funding for special projects envisioned and led by unseen leaders that uplift a community. Our heart is to support people and projects that reflect core values of humility, integrity, and love. Micro grants given through Enhearten Unseen Leaders range from $500–$1,000 per project and are awarded on a case-by-case basis after an application process. Each applicant and their prospective project is reviewed by the Board of Enhearten Unseen Leaders. We hope to fund projects that are either new to your work or represent a new component to an existing project.Eligibility
You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website.
