  • Elk member must have joined on or before April 1, 2020

  • Elk member must be paid-up through March 31 of application year

  • High school senior

  • Planning to attend accredited U.S. school, college, or university

    • Focus: Merit-based scholarships for children and grandchildren of Elks members
