Program Purpose

Reimbursement for members using personal resources for conference registration fees, including EN26 (Emergency Nurses Association national conference) and other continuing education conferences.

Award Details

• Reimbursement: 50% of the basic conference registration fee
• Maximum Award: Up to $250 per application
• Frequency Limit: Only one EN26 or CE Conference scholarship can be awarded to a member per calendar year

Eligibility Requirements

EN26 Conference Scholarships:

Requires three (3) years of continuous ENA membership

OR one (1) year of continuous ENA membership if applicant completed service as a Texas ENA delegate to the national General Assembly just prior to the annual meeting (waiver)

Other CE Conference Scholarships:

Requires one (1) year of continuous ENA membership

Application Deadlines

• EN26 Conference: November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
• Other CE Conferences: Quarterly deadlines
- March 31 at 11:59 p.m. - June 30 at 11:59 p.m. - September 30 at 11:59 p.m. - November 15 at 11:59 p.m.

Application Process

1. Access the Jotform application through the TXENA website
2. Important: Complete the application in a single session — progress will NOT be saved if you leave and return
3. Be prepared before starting with all required information
4. Complete all sections of the application
5. Upload required documents
6. Submit the completed application before the deadline

Required Materials

1. Conference Registration Receipt: Upload proof of registration fee (EN26 or Other CE scholarship receipt)
2. Professional and Educational Goals Statement: Summary not to exceed 100 words describing your professional and educational goals
3. Educational Experience Summary: Summary of your educational experience at the conference
4. Statement of Financial Need: Explanation of your financial need for reimbursement

Application Requirements

• Complete all necessary fields
• Upload all required documents before submission
• Do not exit the application before submitting (work will not be saved)
• Review entire application before submission

Important Notes

• Applications must be completed in a single session
• Progress will not be saved if you navigate away
• Ensure all fields are complete and documents uploaded before final submission
