Employees Community Fund of Boeing Puget Sound
The Employees Community Fund (ECF) Puget Sound Chapter granted a total of $2,269,046.99 to 36 non-profits supporting health and human services organizations throughout the Puget Sound region. This grant cycle, which happens twice a year, will fund items such as a new community center, a truck to support a food harvest and delivery program, equipment for job training programs, medical equipment, and building improvements. Through all of the non-profit groups supported, thousands of children, families, and individuals will benefit from the generosity of Boeing employees, who make a positive impact where they live and work.
Capital Campaign Grants support nonprofit organizations seeking to significantly expand the number of people they serve through facility renovations, equipment upgrades, or contributions toward larger capital campaigns. A limited number of grants are awarded annually to nonprofits located in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Projects must have at least one other committed donor, as the funder will not be the sole or first source of support, and funding excludes soft costs such as feasibility studies, architectural services, site studies, or early-stage planning. All awarded funds must be used as approved within twelve months.
