Elizabeth Anne Ala Scholarship The Elizabeth Anne Ala Scholarship awards one scholarship of up to $2,000 to a graduating senior of any high school in Garland ISD that has participated and excelled in the bilingual studies/ESL program. The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and books at any accredited college or university in the United States or its possessions.
