Eisenhower did, that Eisenhower Fellowships exists to inspire leaders around the world to challenge themselves, to envision how they can effect positive change, to engage others beyond their existing networks and to collaborate with other like-minded leaders across national borders to better the world around them. Eisenhower Fellowships identifies, empowers and connects innovative leaders through a transformative fellowship experience and lifelong engagement in a global network of dynamic change agents committed to creating a world more peaceful, prosperous and just. Eisenhower Global Scholars Eisenhower Global Scholars will embark on an all-expenses-paid year of post-graduate study leading to a Master’s Degree in Public Policy with an emphasis on international diplomacy at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford or a Master’s Degree in International Relations with an emphasis on the global economy and entrepreneurship at the School of Global and Public Affairs at IE University in Madrid. We are looking for diverse, dynamic doers who have a demonstrated commitment to public service or fostering entrepreneurship, change agents seeking a lifelong engagement with an influential network of global leaders. Applicants for the Global Scholarship Program are students admitted to Oxford and IE and should have an exceptional academic record with an impressive upward trajectory that ranks them near the top of their peers. In addition to academic ability and achievement, applicants must demonstrate a high level of commitment to public service, as evidenced by their chosen career path in the public, private or nonprofit fields and/or an outstanding record of community service. About The Program Eisenhower Global Scholars, typically 20 to 30 years old, will spend a full academic year of intensive postgraduate study and hands-on work experience, leading to the following degrees: Master in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford in England, for students focused on public service and effective governance. Master in International Relations from the School of Global and Public Affairs at IE University in Spain, for students focused on the global economy, innovation and entrepreneurship.
