ECONOMIC - Invest in VT (formerly 10% in Vermont)
Supports program for housing, job creation, and affordability across Vermont. Priority will be given to projects that increase the housing supply in Vermont. All types of housing and housing infrastructure will be considered. Types of housing include, but are not limited to, affordable housing, market rate housing, renovations of existing structures, new construction, single family, multi family, modular, manufactured, and mixed-use development.
