The Employees Community Fund (ECF) of The Boeing Company, one of the largest employee-managed funds globally, empowers its workers to make impactful donations for over 60 years. The Ft. Walton Beach Chapter accepts grant applications from local nonprofits focusing on community services, particularly in STEM, Veterans' support, environmental needs, and children's health. This initiative allows employees to contribute to their communities through pooled resources, enhancing the outreach and effectiveness of charitable efforts.

One of the largest employee-managed funds of its kind in the world, the Employees Community Fund (ECF) of The Boeing Company has been empowering employees to make a greater impact by pooling their tax-deductible donations for more than 60 years. Employee-led grantmaking committees at 20 Boeing sites- provide combined employee donations to nonprofits in their communities through ECF grants.
Charitable or educational organizations can apply for grants from the Employees Community Fund (ECF) of The Boeing Company.
The Employees Community Fund (ECF) of Fort Walton Beach is part of an international network of Boeing employee-owned and operated nonprofit charitable foundations. The Ft. Walton Beach ECF is a pooled fund of employee investments that accepts grant applications from local organizations which provide community services directly to those in need.

Our focus areas are STEM programs, Veterans, emergent needs, environment, children’s health and wellbeing.

Nonprofits located in or with significant operations in Okaloosa, Walton or Santa Rosa County, FL; 501(c)(3) public charity status for at least two years; funds must stay local. Does not fund schools, medical research, arts/cultural/environmental or purely recreational activities, fundraising events, debt reduction, or political, religious or fraternal organizations.
