The mission of the Eagles Autism Foundation is to support the highest quality and most impactful autism research and care to improve the lives of affected individuals and families now, as well as foster the acquisition of knowledge, technologies, and discoveries that will bring new opportunities in the future. While we remain steadfast in our commitment to fund the most innovative research, we also recognize the immediate need to serve individuals through the community grant program. Eagles Autism Foundation invites investigators to apply for support of basic and clinical research of Autism Spectrum Disorders. As the Foundation continues to grow, year to year the requirements and opportunities for funding will evolve. Due to the increased amount of funding, Eagles Autism Foundation is in a unique position to accelerate impact and encourage collaboration across disciplines while addressing the complexities of ASD. For the first time ever, the foundation will be introducing three-year translational/interdisciplinary grants. Our hope with the addition of this new award type is to continue to facilitate innovation and bridge the gap between basic science and clinical applications; advancing our mission further to empower investigators to expand their network and foster a culture of true collaboration. Translational/Interdisciplinary Grants Translational/Interdisciplinary Grants of 3 years duration will be at the level of $200,000/yr for 3 years ($600,000 total.) Translational/Interdisciplinary Grants will follow the eligibility requirements of the Pilot Grant applications with increased parameters. An amount not to exceed 15% of the Grant may be used for the Institution’s indirect costs. There will be the option of a one-time No Cost Extension of up to one year.Eligibility
