Program Description A grant provided through this opportunity will support improvements to the Dr. Young Building site. A partial building collapse has created a hazardous situation, leading to the closure of Main Street, the city’s primary thoroughfare. The remaining structure is unstable, posing a risk to Golconda residents' safety. The closure of Main Street is expected to negatively impact the city’s economic stability.
