Application Requirements
In addition to basic eligibility criteria, applicants must submit:
- Essay: No more than 250 words describing: - Who you are as a student, family member, friend, etc. (Use initials in the narrative, but include your contact information) - Your definition of wellness and what will encourage it in the workplace as a future RN - How you will use the $500.00 to promote your health
