Dr. Larry Poel Field of Medicine Scholarship Fund This scholarship fund was opened when Dr. Larry Poel retired from his medical career in Grand Haven where he practiced sports medicine for 42 years. He loved being able to support and know the community through his work. This fund is a way to support the educational attainment of future medical professionals and serves as a philanthropic reminder of Dr. Poel and the impact that he had in the sports medicine and family practice field.
