Dow Native American Engineering Scholarship The Dow Native American Engineering Scholarship supports American Indian and Alaska Native students pursuing degrees in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Eligible applicants include first-year freshmen with no prior college experience who have an incoming 3.0 GPA, as well as transfer students from tribal community colleges or other Montana colleges entering at the freshman or sophomore level with a 3.0 college GPA. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement or creative distinction that indicates promise for success in engineering and future professional endeavors. Preference is given to Montana residents. Award amounts vary, and the scholarship is offered under the scopes of American Indian and Alaska Native, Empower Program, and Engineering.
