Doula Learning Collaborative NOFA The purpose of the NJDLC is to be the professional home for community doulas throughout the State of NJ. The goal of the DLC is to reduce maternal and infant mortality and eliminate racial disparities in health outcomes by providing training, workforce development, supervision support and mentor support, technical assistance for community doulas and doula organizations throughout the State of NJ. A focus for the DLC will be to develop and support the doula workforce that delivers doula care to NJ’s Medicaid and CHIP members as enrolled NJ FamilyCare providers.
