NOTE:  Scholarship applications are due by March 1 of each year, but OSAC strongly recommends that students submit their applications by the early-bird deadline of February 15. Douglas Community Fund: Scholarships Graduates from Douglas County high schools are eligible to apply for scholarships. The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) administers the Douglas Community Fund scholarship program for OCF. Students studying the following majors or programs are eligible: biology (pre-medicine), health occupations, medical technology, medicine, nursing, physician assistant and public health. Scholarship applications are due by March 1 of each year, but OSAC strongly recommends that students submit their applications by the early-bird deadline of February 15.
