Douglas Community Fund: Scholarships Graduates from Douglas County high schools are eligible to apply for scholarships. The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) administers the Douglas Community Fund scholarship program for OCF. Students studying the following majors or programs are eligible: biology (pre-medicine), health occupations, medical technology, medicine, nursing, physician assistant and public health.
