Dion’s is committed to positively impacting the communities we serve and strives to be a trusted partner to foster youth development. Youth Development Since the majority of our employees are under the age of 18, we understand the benefit of investing in youth to help them grow and flourish. To uphold this commitment, we seek to provide support to organizations that work to teach the following skills: literacy, leadership, communication, responsibility, and resourcefulness. Grants On an annual basis, Dion’s awards grants to a select number of organizations whose focus is in the area of youth development. By partnering with these organizations, we’re able to help positively impact our community through our support of youth-focused programming and the populations they serve. .
