Funder: Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation (DIMF)
Program Overview:
The Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation offers scholarships to the children of fallen intelligence officers in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
- Primary Requirement: Applicant must be a child of a deceased officer who worked in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
- Ineligible: Children of Federal contractors are NOT eligible

The Foundation considers the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to include:- United States (Virginia-based organization)
Geographic Scope
- Completed application form
- Copy of state-certified birth certificate
- Proof of the loved one's former employment in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (e.g., Standard Form 50)
- Written or video essay on the scholarship candidate's educational goals and aspirations

2. Staff Outreach: After submission, a member of DIMF staff will reach out to discuss next steps
3. Submit Full Application Packet: Provide all required documentation
