Digital Equity Initiative Partnership Grant The Digital Equity Initiative Partnership Grant provides support for collaborative projects focused on digital equity related needs serving communities in Essex County. Funding Priorities Funding will prioritize the four impact areas of our digital equity plan: devices, access, literacy, and collaboration. Proposals may take on any or a combination of these focus areas and must be submitted as a collaborative project with at least one other partner. Integrated systems based projects are highly encouraged.

Generally, our grants are not awarded:To individualsTo state or local government agencies including public schoolsFor political purposesFor debt or deficit reductionTo replace public funding, or for purposes which are generally a public sector responsibilityTo support academic researchFor travel outside the regionTo organizations headquartered outside of Essex County, unless they have a physical presence in the Merrimack Valley.
