Department of Public Safety - Homeland Security and Emergency Management Grants
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) administers several preparedness grant programs that are available to jurisdictions, agencies and organizations throughout Minnesota. Collectively, the grants strengthen statewide capabilities to detect and respond to disasters, manmade or natural. All grants must be managed in accordance with federal, state and DPS requirements.
