Supports nonprofit dental providers serving low-income, uninsured, and underinsured patients. Providers must offer free or reduced-cost oral health care, not be affiliated with hospitals or medical groups, and serve patients with family incomes below 275% of federal poverty guidelines. Requires Critical Access Dental provider eligibility and 80% of patient encounters with uninsured or Medical Assistance/MinnesotaCare covered patients.
