Mission: Advancing oral health equity across Colorado by partnering with communities to improve access to, benefit from, and increase the value placed on proper oral health care.

Geographic Scope: Statewide Colorado

Focus Areas:

Access

Increase access to oral health services by expanding Colorado's oral health workforce through:

Oral health careers awareness for youth and adults

Establishing Colorado's first dental therapy training program

Prevention

Deliver evidence-based preventive services, promote oral health education, and strengthen connections to a dental home for:
• Children ages 0–9
• Older adults ages 60+
• Particularly those who are underserved or face barriers to accessing care
• Support efforts that integrate oral health into broader health systems and community settings

Proactivity

Anticipate and address oral health needs and opportunities
