Del and Ruth Dougherty Memorial Scholarship Established in honor of her parents, Sandy McKelvie wanted to do something that would help others achieve their educational goals. Sandy, who retired from JWCC after 30 years, served in a number of roles at the College, including director of allied health, assistant director for the Health Sciences Department and Director of the Practical Nursing Program. Awarded to a student in a health occupations program. Amount: Varies
