Day of Giving

The Day of Giving was created to give back to the communities in which AES Restaurant Group employees work and live.

Background: The inaugural Day of Giving was held on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the Arby's location at 4905 US 60 East in Huntington, West Virginia. Since then, seven additional events have been held, donating over $750,000 total.

Geographic Scope: Events held in multiple AES Restaurant Group locations across the United States, including:

• Sioux City
• Fargo
• Lafayette, Indiana
• Tri-Cities Virginia/Tennessee
• Dayton, Ohio
• Fort Myers, Florida
• Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Funding Details:

• Award Amount: $10,000 per selected charity (multiple winners per event, $100,000 total distributed per event)
• Ten local charities awarded per event

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:

• Local non-profit organizations
• Selected based on:
  • Application quality
  • Impact on the community
  • Alignment with Arby's values
  • Fiscal responsibility

Funding Source: 100% of funds raised in AES Restaurant Group restaurants through customer round-ups and donations are allocated to this program.

Application Process

• Organizations apply for consideration in Day of Giving events

• Winning charities are announced at Day of Giving events held in their region
